Product Guarantee
This product is warranted against defects that render it unfit for its reasonably intended use. This limited warranty is in effect for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, proof of purchase is required. When the product is received by the consumer, the item must be inspected to insure that there are no manufacturer defects. A manufacturer defect is defined as a distinct and obvious flaw in the manufacturing of the product that inhibits the product s ability to function properly, or a distinct and obvious flaw in the workmanship of the product. Products using slate cannot be returned for manufacturer defect due to discrepancies in the style, color, shape, or cut of the slate, as slate is a natural product containing distinct and unique characteristics. The customer has 30 days to return the item in its original packaging.
