It has a very pleasant sound, I don't hear the pump at all, and looks great on our entryway table. No splashing or leaking so far.

The prongs on the ball did not fit the base. I had to adjust them which took 40 minutes. There were no instructions with the fountain and I discovered that the pump was adjustable by accident. There was a tiny switch on it which I did not see when I first put the fountain together. When adjusted and proproperly put together, the fountain is pretty, the pump is quiet and it doesn't splash. I would reccomend this product with reservations.

This is well designed and made table fountain. It's very easy to assemble and looks very attractive. The only complaint I have is that the motor is a wee bit too loud, but it suits my purpose well and is an eye-catcher for sure.
