Perfect for the office desktop. No motor noise and very relaxing. Being in the car business it can sometimes be somewhat stressful when crunching numbers with a client. This table top fountain is great for setting a more relaxed tone and mood for my customers as well as a great conversation piece too. Stones can be adjusted to control any light splashing and the motor has a waterflow control lever. I am very pleased and would recommend this fountain to anyone.

The product is difficult to put together since the instructions are not very clear. The water flow is not adjustable and comes out very fast, like a running faucet. It is very noisy and not recommended if trying to create a calming environment. The fountain has a large splash radius and large droplets.

I purchased this for a Christmas gift.When it came a few days ago, I wanted to be sure it worked. It was easy to assemble--just screw the bamboo spigot into place, attach the pump, fill the bowl with water and plug it in. The first time the stream of water was too heavy. An adjustment on the pump made it a smaller flow, and it was very pleasant with little splashing.
The next day I plugged it in again and got just a slight trickle of water. The pump was set the same, so I lifted the rock part off the bowl and discovered that the rubber tubing had collapsed. It did this because the "rock" curves in right where the tubing should stick out. I put a paper clip around the tubing at the collapse point. This keeps it open and the water flows freely. I considered returning it for another one, but decided not to because they are probably all the same. If you don't mind fixing the tubing, this would be a good buy. If not, chances are that the pump would burn out trying to force the water through a flat tube.

This very relaxing little fountain fits perfectly on my coffee table, and is very nice. The cat likes to put her paw in the water stream.

I love the look and the ease of setting up this fountain as well as the screen that prevents splashing. But within a week
of filling it with distilled water as instructed, the interior of the bowl has developed small white blisters. The black finish is lifting off the container and the material appears to be disintegrating.
