I really love the fountain. It was generally easy to assemble too. The only tricky thing was that the tube from the top piece that goes down to the pump was a tiny bit too long so it kept kinking and the water wasn't coming out like it should. At first this threw me off, because I couldn't figure out what the problem was, but once I did, I trimmed off 1/2 an inch, re-connected it, and it worked like a gem. Now I love it, and my friends that have seen it love it too.

The 2nd one that I had to purchase seems to not be leaking.The 1st one i received was damaged and leaked all over my new kitchen causing a lot of water damage.(it was a hole in the back) When I tried to explain to them the problem they didnt seem to care.It was all about making another sale.coustomer service receives 0 stars from me :-(

This fountain absolutely rocks. It's durable, sturdy and attractive. My dogs can drink out of it just fine! It was also easy to set up and use. I jazzed mine up with pond pebbles in the basins, Sharpee-colored light bulbs in the finger lights and a skull fish-tank ornament on the top and center.

Product was evereything I expected except one small issue.
After unpacking and inspecting it and looking into the base I saw daylight where I shouldn't have. There was a gap at the edge seam on middle tier section. Did not know if that would present a problem or not but did not take the chance. Had to go buy Marine epoxy to fill the seam and a small area that seem to have "punched " through at some point of manufacturing. After sealing gaps it was simple to assemble and works beautiful. Was very impressed at not hearing the pump at all!

I wanted an indoor fountain that would give me the sound of trickling water and this fountain is perfect. There is no splashing so it doesn't ruin my floors or walls and the sound is wonderful.
Wish I had found it before the other 3 fountains I purchase that weren't right.
