Worth a Little Work

The fountain went together easily. I built a base for it, painted it to match room color and turned it on. It did not work. Hayneedle arranged for a new motor and pump. It worked but then the fountain leaked and had to be replaced. A totally new fountain was delivered and it works. It does trickle down one side but I am going to add dark caulk to the side to create a bigger water barrier. There is no water behind it and it is reasonably quiet. I think it is a very good value for the money. I also believe it is very important that both Hayneedle and the manufacturer stand behind their products. Anyone can have an occasional bad product. The good ones just replace that product and satisfy their customers.

The fountain went together easily. I built a base for it, painted it to match room color and turned it on. It did not work. Hayneedle arranged for a new motor and pump. Looks good. Easy setup. The motor is so loud, you can hardly hear the water.

Very disappointed in the slate look. Very 1 dimensional and not like a stone face should look. The fountain is very top heavy and during storms I am curious to see if it makes it through upright.
