After installing and leveling the best I could, the pump and lights quit working. When taking it apart to try to find the failure cause, I noticed that the finish was coming off in the top level bowl.

The complaints fregistered by earlier writers are true. I bought this fountain under a different name, but it is defoinitely the same wirth the same problems. I learned from the early writers and purchased extra length hosing and spent extra time leveling the individual reservoirs. Now I am almost happy with this impressive tall fountain. I don't much like the "dribble" effect. however, which is actually presented in the accompanying picture quite honstely. I was hoping for a little more "gush" and wonder if I can achieve that by a combination of over-filling the bottom reservoir and a stronger pump? I have already tried the foprmer, an it helps just a little. I'll talk with my gardener and maybe try a pump stronger than the recommended "Pump1007."

Manufacturer said it had been shipped but it never came and I have to cancel order. Hay needle staff were so ood handling refund. It is not hay needles fault but I would be careful ordering anything from the manufacturer of this fountain.I ordered this product agin through [@] and it is much cheaper.. Still don't know if it will arrive or not

the hose was to short to meet the pump- minor fix after a trip to the hardware store- not so easy to level all levels and have water run uniformly from all ports!!

For the price you would think that this fountain should be level if it's on a level surface. The bowl tiers are not even level amongst themselves; ie one bowl pours more to the left, and the one above pours more to the right. My previous fountain had an access door for the pump, which was very handy for cleaning. This one does not, which means you have to partially disassemble it to check on the pump.
