Q1: Do you carry replacement lights for this fountain?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer the lights by themselves.

Q2: Is this for outdoor use also?

A: This is for indoor/outdoor use.

Q3: Can the fountains be made solar?

A: A solar pump is a lower power and will not provide the capacity required for this fountain to run properly.

Q4: Can we get replacement for the top pitcher?

A: Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for this item.

Q5: Where is this fountain made?

A: China.

Q6: Is there a separate switch or plug in for the lights vs the pump? Say if I want to leave the fountain on but not burn out the lights.

A: This fountain has two separate plugs.  You can leave the fountain on without having the lights plugged in. 

Q7: How much water does this fountain hold?

A: 25 gallons of water.

Q8: Does this fountain have the ability to be bolted to the ground?

A: This item is not designed to be bolted to the ground.  It does not come with any brackets or a way to do so.  If you are worried about it tipping, it does weigh 58 lbs, which is pretty stable.

6.This item needs two outlets. One plug for the transformer and one plug for the pump.

Q10: Can this fountain handle more water output?

A: Yes, this fountain has a 120 GPH (gallons per hour) output but can handle up to 280 or 450 at its lowest setting. We do not have a 280, however, we do have a 450. It's item #ALP338.

Q11: Could few small goldfish survive in deepest pitcher?

A: This fountain is not made for fish.

Q12: How does this product need to be maintained? Can I leave it off for most days and then just turn it on for the weekend when I have company? Would that cause the water in the fountain to get dirty, stinky etc. How do we go about emptying the water and cleaning the fountain?

A: Weekly maintenance is recommended. You may need to top off the water at that time. To empty the fountain you can simply tip it over and drain. Water should be totally changed at least every month. You can use any sort of water fountain cleaner to keep the water clean and free from algae.

Q13: Is this fountain brown or green? How many does it come in?

A: The fountain is a rustic brown shade and comes in two pieces.
