The fountain arraived in record time (4 days), but when we assembled it, the switch on the motor (to adjust the amount of water that flowed thru the Angel's) was defective. When you had it all the way to the left, meaning minimal water flow, the water still "squirted" completely past the bottom bowl, and onto the ground. I called, and talked to a very nice customer service representative named Chris who took care of the problem immediately, with no additional cost to me. A great company that stands behind their products.

This looks very nice but is impractical. The water squirts beyond the basin requiring water to be added frequently. The supplied tubing is too short so I had to buy some. Two of the three angels were missing parts to cut down the water flow.
Hayneedle was very nice and sent a replacement fountain, but on the new fountain the tubing was too short and one of the angels lacked the flow reducer.

However, certain areas need some help from the user:
(1)Some purchasers complain of leaks. They can be taken care of by a #1 rubber stopper pushed in from the top.
(2)I find it easiest to screw the parts together from the bottom, using my feet on the base plate to hold it steady. Using leberal amonuts of silicone grease greatly facilitate meshing the resin threads correctly. Do not force but use a gentle back and forth movement will do the trick nicely.
(3)This fountain is very light. With the water in the basin on top, it tips over easily in the wind. I use 20 lbs sand in Ziploc bags in the column to stabilize the fountain. Remember to seal the bags tightly. If you feel it's still not enough, wet the sand! Don't burn out the pump by running it 24 hours a day; 8 hrs/day is plenty.
