If a film forms on the front face, we recommend adding CLR to the water in the base let run overnight. After wiping down the front face it is recommended that you drain any remaining water in the base and refill with fresh water. The amount of CLR used can vary from ½ to a full bottle for larger units. Usually every 5-6 months the front face of the Aqua Fall should be carefully wiped off using a soft sponge or soft brush to wash away any dirt or alkaline deposits that may become trapped within the grooves. Never used any abrasive cleaners on the face or other acrylic parts included with the Aqua Fall. When cleaning the outside surfaces it is best to use an acrylic polish like Plexus Acrylic Cleaner or similar, that is safe for acrylics. When applying use a soft cloth like a diaper or shammy.
Q1: I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE SMALL, MED, AND LG DIMENSIONS. DOES THE LENGTHS COVER FROM THE BASE TO THE TOP OF THE FOUNTAIN? ALSO, IS THE 84H INCHES EQUIVALENT TO 8FT BECAUSE I AM CONSIDERING PURCHASING THIS ITEM. THANKS YOUR ASSISTANCE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED
A: When you are looking at the fountain the length is from left to right and width is front to back with the height being the overall height from top to bottom.
