"In the midst of all our droll humor we always try to slip in the truth and a little interesting background on our pieces. This one was a custom order from a local jeweler who wanted something really different in her shop...(to help sell stuff). We chatted and decided to stick with the jewel tones. Then one of us...(I think it was me) came up with the idea of attaching those little colored glass blobs to the back of the fountain so they'd show through when it was illuminated. ....GOOD IDEA! Pamela (my wife) came over and said I could make her one if I wanted to, which is her ultimate compliment."
